So, I'm pretty late but better late than never. I did good last week, lost some more, got a lot more exercise than I have been doing prior to this adventure. I also got a new suit since my old one doesn't really fit any more. I'll probably post a pic up with my next update. I've got one week left before the fall semester of college begins. With my change of majors to Management/Information Systems, I think I have made the right choice. I'm throwing myself back into my studies at full power. I'm going to try to finish as quickly as I can and do my best at it. I haven't felt this rejuvenated for a long time. Its going to be tough working full time and taking a full load of classes, but I'm ready to go.

Total: 14lbs
Week 5 Goal: 3lbs.

Actual: Walked 4.5 miles about 4 nights.

Actual: None (Did let someone read my one of my stories and we still need to go over it.)
